Olympics

“Olympics!” As soon as I heard that Your topic for this term was Olympics I was filled will excitement.

I have learnt some interesting facts about the Olympic rings. Did you know that the colours of the Olympic rings represent at least one colour from every country's flag in the world. I have also learnt that the design of the symbols were copied from ancient times in Greece.

The Olympic flame is a symbol of the Olympic games. The tradition of lighting an Olympic Flame comes from the ancient Greeks. I have been told, that if you get the opportunity to light the Olympic flame you are a lucky individual.

If the Olympics was in New Zealand I would try to go and watch it, even though I wouldn’t even go!

  1. Hey Kingston, the olympics are realy interesting and it looks like PES has a really awesome term sorted for you guys, untill last week I didn't know what the colours on the rings meant so it just goes to show everyone keeps learning :)

Have a look at your writing and check if you're using the right pronoun (we, you, our) that'll help it make better sense.

Great writing, have Fun, Mr. Hutchings
